Disability benefits

Some individuals with diabetes will be limited in terms of their ability to work and may be eligible for disability benefits under the Social Security Act, from a pension plan, or from a private disability insurance benefit plan. The Health & Disability Legal Clinic represents individuals with diabetes who are denied benefits from any of these private or public sources.
